Indomie with egg and corned beef

Today I wanna make a guilty pleasure dish
Which I eat after full day cooking

It's Indomie Telur Kornet ala Yuda
The specialty of this menu is
Crispy corned beef!
So, let's get started
Usually you buy canned corned beef, like this
Don't cut it, just take out the whole of it
Then make a patty or nugget like this,
Slice corned beef
And you got a shape like this
Coat it in wheat flour
And it looks like a raw nugget
Fry with heated oil
Until it's crispy
And in this recipe, I'll give you a tips to make an excellent sunny side up
Prepare your non stick pan
Add little bit of oil
If you don't have a non stick pan, use a little more oil on it
Then, 1 egg
Make sure the oil covered the pan
Remember, I use high heat
Crack the egg, then turn off the flame

After you turned off the flame, the egg will become like this
It's set, and the yolk is still half cooked
For you who want your yolk cooked, you may cook your egg little longer

How? There is water for boil the noodles,
Use it to boil the pakcoy, about 1 minute then drain them
Cook only for 1 minute, don't be longer than that because it'll lost the nutrition
Set aside because it looks smoky, means they're still in the cooking process
Now the main part is, cook the instant noodles

Just boil them in remaining boiled water

For the boiling process, it depends on your preferences
And depends on what type of noodles you have
I'd prefer hard and still curly

And I'd prefer use new hot water
Then put the noodles immediately
