Let's break this eighth note groove down a little bit. I wrote it on the paper for you.
It's just eighth notes on the high hat and then at the very end the last eighth note,
you're going to do an open hat and back to close on beat one. The bass drum is playing
one E and a two E and a. This is the first measure, and that same thing repeats into the second
measure except on the snare drum you do something a little different. So you play three E and
a on beat four.
All together, the beat sounds like this: One, Two, Three, Four.
