Do you need 60 minutes to workout to lose weight? I'm gonna tell you right now!
Hey there, it's Nichole Kellerman, founder and creator of SuccessfulWeightLossSchool.com;
where women go to stop dieting, reshape their bodies and feel wildly alive.
Today we're doing an 'A in your Q' segment, where I am answering your question.
Today's question comes from Melissa. Melissa writes, "I need to just get going again. Please
remind that I don't need an hour or more to start making progress again. What short routines
can I start up?"
This is such a great question Melissa. So many people are telling me that they are too
tired to workout for 60 minutes. And they believe that they had to have 60 minutes at
the bare minimum to lose weight. This isn't just the case.
The great thing about the workout that at least I designed and believed that works more
efficiently is that they're only 30 minutes long. So using the excuse that you're too
tired to workout is almost impossible at that point because I'll always have a 5-minute
warm-up, a 5-minute pull down and the bulk of the workout is about 20 minutes.
Here is what I want you to start Melissa. I want you to click on the box right there
and I want you to start doing the 50s. This is a workout video that I did probably 2 years
ago and it was such a hit, so click on that video and it will take you there.
I want you to start off there. I want you to start doing the 50s every other day just
so we can give your body a rest day as well. From there, I want you to start looking exercise
as intensity not duration. What is it about is the intensity. You could do 20 minutes
of high intensity workouts, 3 to 4 times a week absolutely you will start losing week.
If you go to my website, SuccessfulWeightLossSchool.com, under TV show there are FREE body mind workouts.
Go to that link and that is a link of all the free workout that I put together and you
can always use that as you go through resources as high intensity, short workouts that are
super, super effective.
So there you have it Melissa. I hope that will give you the motivational boost to get
you going and really knock out that limiting belief that you need 60 minutes or you too
tired to workout. Get to it my sister!
