Hey What's Up Guys Wintergore here and welcome to another episode of battlefield 4 BiteSize.
Todays topic is: How to improve your accuracy as a support class using LMG's.
The LMG's are well known for their benefits as a suppression based weapon, however many
people don't use them as they can't maintain a consistent accuracy over range, so on the
larger maps and game modes many supports will swap them out for the carbines.
My aim today is to show you how you can keep a consistent accuracy over range. I'll now
show you the difference between the different fire modes and show you the best way to maintain
your accuracy.
Athough most of the LMG's only have one fire type which is fully automatic you can still
fire them in burst and single shot modes with some good trigger control.
I'll show you guys now the differences of each fire type on this wall here.
You can see when I go fully auto the shots spread out everywhere, I'm fighting against
the recoil and when I finish firing my sights have moved considerably.
Burst firing allows for me to increase my accuracy more by allowing my recoil to cooldown
between bursts however this still isn't good enough to give the support class a fighting
chance against the other classes.
Single firing the weapon yeilds the greatest accuracy, I've found if you tap fire you can
maintain almost perfect accuracy with little recoil depending on which LMG you are using.
It'll take a little getting used to but my tip is to pretend your using a pistol with
a 200 round magazine.
Tap firing the LMG's has enables me to start engaging targets from much much further away
without having to rely on something as cumberson as a bipod. It gives me back the mobility
I need to be effective on the battlefield.
Tap firing also has other benefits, One of them is that it supresses enemies so by tap
firing I increase my accuracy and decrease the accuracy of anyone I'm firing at.
Another benefit of tap firing the LMG is that you won't need to fire as many bullets meaning
you won't have to reload as much, so that when you do get into a situation where you
have flanked the entire team you can then go fully automatic.
That's it for this Episode of Battlefield Bitesize, If you have a tip for the support
class or a topic you'd like me to discuss in a future episode you can drop a comment
below an If you think more people should see this video you can like or share it to get
it out to more people.
Thanks for watching guys and I'll see you all next time.
