'it's Nuts' Puzzle

It's Nuts. An extraordinary device made by an American artisan with 3D printing.
It has got two red nuts on it, and a clear bolt. The odd thing is when you start turning
the bolt the two nuts start travelling in different directions.
They should be following each other, but they don't. They separate.
Well this nut looks as if it is doing something quite normal. It is coming off that bolt;
but this piece has to be turned the wrong direction, for the direction of the thread
on the bolt. I think this is very strange. What is going on here?
When I look inside what I found was just an ordinary thread. And yet it has to be put
the wrong way on to this thread. So this one is going the wrong direction.
I don't understand it at all.
This one is going the correct direction, and it is quite normal.
Well there is a secret, but It needs a lot of observation to find it out.
