Hi guys, this is a video about the Top 25 artists I discovered through cover songs. I am
a person who really enjoys searching the internet for cover versions, because most of the cover songs
I discover online I find to be better than the original. Judge me all you want,
but it's true. For starters: Alyssa Bernal, I found out about her a long time ago
when she wasn't even that well known as of yet and I think the first song I heard
her sing was "I'm yours". Also, she looks a lot like Vanessa Hudgens. She has a super sweet
voice, super cute and she's very good with riffs ... for those who do not know what a "riff" is
I wouldn't really be able to give the best explanation, so please google it if you're curious.
There's also Amanda Coronha. I found out about her this year. She is from Rio de Janeiro, although I think now
she lives in Brasilia, I'm not sure... but she spent some time living in the U.S. and
she has a voice... which is a real rarity. It is a voice that's... pure voice, beautiful, she has a
rather low tone voice, but it is such a beautiful voice... and the way she sings is so unique.
Then, there is the Arlene Zelina, I found out about her through the song "Set Fire to the Rain", since
she has a video that's was produced while she sang in the rain, which is super cool. There's also Boyce Avenue
whose vast majority of the videos I've watched were of him being featured in other artist's performances.
I think usually, I'm not sure, but I think they are more acoustic and they
are very beautiful, seriously, he manages to NOT ruin the music so... it is
amazing. There's also Christina Grimmie, whom I found out about long ago. I
was researching a song called "Just a Dream". Particularly, I'm more of a fan of the cover version
than of the original. And she has a very strong vocal power. I like making videos
clowning around, talking nonsense... and she's also done it with her friend, only
in the form of music. Look it up, you will find, and it's super cool. Cimorelli
is a band that consists of 11 brothers: 5 guys and 6 girls, but it is the girls that
are actually the band itself. Real talk: they were very well known because they made their music
without any instrument, only with their voices. And so far, they always harmonize their songs,
each producing a different voice... it's always really beautiful. There's Elyar Fox, I loved the
way he sings. He has a very funny style, and he's very cute... I think he is
very cute. Helena Maria are two identical twin sisters, they are i-den-tical,
so I still can't tell one from the other. I think they even tried to audition in
the X Factor and they participated - for those who watch Gossip Girl - they participated in some
episodes when Blair goes to that school / college that she does not like, which is
where Dan and Vanessa study, etc. There are two twins who are her new "followers".
It's pretty cool, because when I watched it, I had already watched videos of them and I was like ...
"Oh my God, you guys are in Gossip Girl" and I started freaking out like that
but anyway... There's also Jake Coco. I love the way this guy sings
and he performs some covers with cameos too and it's like "My God". There's also Jess
Moskaluke, she sings very well, her voice is super beautiful, she is also very beautiful and I am
always drooling for her. There's also Julia Sheer, whom I do not know much about... All I know is that she
is blonde, beautiful and a great singer. Ahhh ... There is Kurt Hugo Schneider who is the most perfect thing
of my life, I'm in love with this guy. He is incredibly talented. Outrageously talented!
This guy can play, like, a thousand musical instruments and he manages to master ALL of them.
At the piano, he is a God, I'm like ... you'll be crying as of listen to him, you know? And what I find amazing
is that it not only has the talent to play several instruments, but he also produces,
edits, creates everything and makes a mega production out of his videos.
He is also super charismatic, super kind, super cute ... gorgeous, I love him. There's Maddi Jane
who is ... I'm not sure how old she is now, but from what I can tell, I feel as if she is
10, 11, maximum 12 years and I find her sooo cute singing, seriously,
is kind of like ... ahh kiss me, you cute girl. There's Madilyn Bailey, I love the way she sings, I
love the covers she performs, I think ... I'm not sure if all of them are, but virtually all
her covers songs are acoustic versions. There's also Max Schneider. Seriously, I think he has such a beautiful voice
and his videos are always totally cool as well. There's Megan and Liz
who are twins, but they look nothing alike and they always perform together so
I think it's really cool. It's quite amazing. They have their own songs as well, and I especially love one
which is called "Long Distance". There's Megan Nicole who is the cutest thing in the world. I find her voice to be kind
of child-like, as it is quite a unique voice: super sweet, super high in tone,
like that of a child... But I think she sings really well, she always sings in the correct tone and she produces
very cool videos too. There's Natalie Weiss who... Dear Heavens, this woman
is amazingly talented. And she has a specific kind of performances called Breaking Down The
Riffs. "Riffs" were what I talking about before. She "breaks" them, because when we listen,
we always get overwhelmed and think that sing is impossible, but she hits all the notes
composing the riff and "breaks" them and in doing so, she manages to help you sing the riff as well.
There is Paulina, whom I do not really know much about. I just know I saw her
a long time ago, but I did not even remember that I had subscribed to her channel and one of these days
I saw a her cover of the song "Roar". There's also Peter Hollens, whom I found out about long ago because
he randomly followed me on twitter and I was like ... "Wow" and then I followed him
and went about watching his videos and I ended up finding out that the guy is an awesome singer! And he records
some super awesome videos too, well worth watching. There are the Pentatonix, who are like the most talented
people in the whole world. Remember when I spoke about Cimorelli, about her singing with almost no musical instrument in the background?
Yeah ... they sing accompanied by no musical instrument at all. NOT A SINGLE ONE. Each one
of them has his or her own voice, there is one that is the beatboxer ... as it is, they do not have instruments,
but they are also not only voice, because there is a person who delivers the beat. There's also Savannah
Outen who was one of the first covers singer I found out about. She also has her own original songs,
which by the way, I love. I dunno, to me she has a voice, a way of singing that is really amazing
and she partners up with several of these artists as well. Well worth it, I really like
the way she sings and she has a cover that I'm just in love with. It's her cover version
with Jake Coco of "Just a Fool", that is a Christina Aguilera song with featuring someone I do not
I know recall the name right now, but trust me, this cover is really beautiful. There's Sam
Tsui, who always teams up with Kurt Hugo Schneider for his viedos. I found out about him because I searched
for covers of "Don't Stop Believing" and a super production of his showed up - which was produced by
Kurt Hugo Schneider - which features several Sam Tsui singing, each with a different voice
and they appear beside each other, it is super cool. So I loved it and because of that
I subscribed and started to discover the other songs. There's Tanner Patrick, who is a really
beautiful, wonderful guy, and I watched his videos because I found him to be beautiful and wonderful
and then I found out that he sings really well, I loved his cover songs. And then there is Tori Kelly
which is the most perfect thing, she attained a divine perfection. She can sing very powerfully
and then she can sing delicately, she can sing softly, but she's always in tone
and she is one of the best riffers I've ever seen in my life. She can "riff" in a very fast way
so much that Natalie Weiss actually tried to "break" down her riifs. She tried to make a "Breaking Down
The Riffs" of the cover songs that Tori Kelly performed and she could not figure out
a certain note, because it was so fast it is hard to get hold of it on the piano.
She sings absurdly well live as well. So that's it for now, these are the Top 25 Artists
I hope you enjoyed it, hope you can watch the covers and tell me what
you think of them. If you know of anyone else, some other cover artist
you know about and want to comment down here for me to take a look and I discover,

on twitter @thaisab97, there's everything in the description of my channel. And this is it... Bye.
Breaking Down The Riff or BT ... no, it's inverted... BDTR, ***! That's it!
Bruno Mars... "I'm Yours" by Bruno Mars... Yeah right... It's Jason Mraz's...
Through cover songs, no... Thais, what the hell is wrong with you?
