Dazzl is a value-added reseller, with its core focus
on Citrix technologies, servicing the small to
mid-size business market.
Our verticals include insurance and healthcare
industries, and the vast majority of our enterprise
clients host their mail services in-house.
My responsibilities include maintenance of the Citrix
infrastructure our own company, as well as the Citrix
infrastructure for our key clients.
Our company has extensive experience with hardware and
software based anti-spam solutions, and what we've
noticed is over the past couple of years, the nature of
spam attacks has changed dramatically.
And in order to accommodate that change, we've had to
invest more and more money into more hardware, more
software, and we basically came to the realization that
it was really a time to change the way that we were
addressing the problem ourselves, and we could not
manage it in-house.
Postini had a very positive impact on our organization.
Employees are happier because there are fewer calls to the
help desk, our customers are happier because there's less
spam in their inbox, and management is happier because
profits are up.
I believe on-demand services are the evolution
of anti-spam services.
I don't believe that companies can continue to effectively
manage these services in-house, and I believe that
the only cost-effective solution in the future is an
on-demand service such as Postini.
