Our sauce is now reduced. So, we're going to go back into our oven and remove our Au
Gratin. You can see, they're starting to twist up nicely. And, when we had earlier put our
vegetable stock in here it looked really really soupy. But, once it's mixed with the breadcrumbs
and the cheese and the flour it will all evaporate nicely. So, I'm going to take this and put
it here somewhat towards the back of our plate. And, then we're going to remove our pork and
you're going to lean that up against the top. Take our, remove our sauce from the heat.
We want to make sure we get a nice group of vegetables. Just going to our that around
here in the front. And, then we'll drizzle our sauce over that. So, here we are our Curried
Onion and Apple Pork Chop with our Bacon Onion-Apple Sweet Potato Gratin.
