Don't worry son, everything is OK.
Poor woman, she's been here for two weeks alone, nobody comes to visit her.
It's a shame to spend your last days alone.
Do you know any relative or any son to contact with?
No...
The family of Carmen Ruiz?
Yes, she is my mum.
I'm so sorry, we did everything we could, but...
Carmen did not survived.
So you didn't think about it when she was under you!?
We still can fix it!
There's nothing to fix! It's all over! Do you get it?
I still love you!
I don't!
Please! Listen to me!
No!
Don't leave me! I need you!
...And to Daniel, my beloved grandson, I leave him my most precious possession:
My gardenia plant.
He will know better than anyone else what to do with them.
Hey man, look, there she is, is that girl.
She is so weird, looking like that...
Did you see her? Is so disgusting...
I actually don't get how she still have friends.
She is so embarrasing. Do you remember when we used to kid her at the school?
Yeah, everybody was laughing at her, How can she go out looking like that?!
Yeah! Haha...
Please don't go!
«That day Jesus went out of the house
and he sat beside the sea,
and many people got close to him,
so he went onto a boat to sit down,
and all the crowd was standing in the seashore.
"Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow,
And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side,
and the birds of the air came and devoured it up.
And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth,
and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth,
But when the sun was up, it was scorched,
and because it had no root, it withered away.
And some fell among thorns,
the thorns grew up, and choked it,
and it yielded no fruit.
And other fell on good ground,
did yield fruit that sprang up and increased,
and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, some an hundred."
He said unto them...
"—He that has ears to hear, let him hear."»
At first...
...I didn't understand why my grandmother had left me that plant,
I though it was a joke.
And I felt terrible,
because I though that I would not be able to take care of them.
But that was just nonsense.
Without my knowing,
my grandmother had left me a great gift...
What about that flower?
It's for us.
¡Stop, stop...!
Flowers of hope,
of understanding,
of empathy.
An after her death...
...she still kept me a last thought:
The only way to see a garden is sowing one by one little seeds...
...and waiting them...
...after some time...
...to bloom.
