Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village
I'm going to show you how to make butternut squash compote. I'm just going to put in about
one to two tablespoons of brown sugar. I'm going to just mix this all together real nice.
Alright so we have everything mixed. Let's just add our nut and apple mixture. Slowly
adding this all to our butternut squash. It's going to be great with it. If you want, it's
optional, I like to do it. I put a little honey in the apple and nut mixture. I know
I didn't start that from the beginning. That's not how the recipe really goes but I sometimes
like it so if you want, just add a little bit of honey. What you want to do is just
spread this out and just start to fold it from the bottom over just to get everything
thoroughly mixed. So get this thoroughly mixed and we'll put it back in our oven for about
20 minutes until everything is nice and soft.
