CELERY ROOT AND CARROTS SALAD

Today I'll make a salad with celery root and carrots.
Carrots and celery root take in the same proportion.
Add some ground walnuts and flax seeds.
We can dress the salad with a vegetable oil, sour cream or mayonnaise.

The essential oil of celery has anti-inflammatory effects.
Cut the peeled celery root into several parts.
Rub on a large grater.
Now rub the carrots - a source of vitamin A.

We add for this the walnuts. The vegetable oil add a little later.
Flax seeds is the richest plant source of omega-3, omega-6 and omega-9.
Omega-3 in a sufficient amount contained only in fish oil and flaxseed.
Salt.
Refill with oil and stir.
