In this video I'm going to be giving you a general overview of the mixer portion of your
scratching setup. So, here I have an Ecler brand mixer, which is a very high end mixer,
you don't need to get that, but you will need to make a significant investment. You're going
to want to look for a two-channel, two-channels means you have two inputs, one for each turntable,
Battle style mixer. Now what the Battle mixer is, is it's a mixer with a cross fader and
the cross fader, which we"ll get in to later, can, is one, one variable you can manipulate
when scratching. This is like one hand on a snare drum, so it's very important that
you get a Battle style mixer with two channels and a good cross fader with either a reverse
or Hamster switch on the cross fader for these videos.
