Kettlebell Gym, New York City, and I'm going to be showing you how to use ropes for undulation.
Now, I want to talk to you a little bit about what--something that's really important, which
is the quality of the ropes that you're using. You want to make sure--like, this is a nylon
rope here--but you want to make sure that you get a rope. This is about one and a half
inches thick. You want to get one and a half inches thick, about maybe 50, 60 feet long.
You do not want to get a rope that's going to fray in your hands. Okay? You can go to
our site and we have just the ropes you need. We have different lengths men, women, children
to be able to use these ropes. It's really important because if it frays into your hand,
you can possibly get infections. So that's why I pick the nylon rope for myself and when
I train my clients. One of the things that's really important, people who normally can't
do some of the Kettlebell swings and different movements that I talked about can do the ropes
integrated with body weight and Kettlebells.
