One of the exciting things as a dad is watching the characters of my children change.
The quality of people that they are around in their team they are working with.
They are both learning life skills, they are learning leadership.
They are learning character, how to speak with people,
How to help people in a way that I'm not even sure
That I can perfectly teach them as a dad.
And so it's exciting, the quality of people that they are around in this business.
It is going beyond my expectations of what he has learned.
It's such a privilege for him to get to be mentored by these amazing people.
They're just unconfident and unsure of themselves.
They've learned to deal with some rejection, they are learning
How to push through that, so I can't say enough about it.
It's been awesome.
I got a text from my son yesterday saying how proud he was of me.
That we've really become partners doing this, so it's been wonderful.
I'm really proud about their Vemma businesses primarily because
They have developed as whole people in a way that no matter what they
achieved academically or in their sports, I have not seen the development that
Vemma brought. There is a leadership quality that is incredible.
She has leadership skills now, she has patience, she has drive.
When she goes out of the house she looks extremely presentable.
She's aware of everything around her and how she acts and how she speaks to people.
Her whole audacity has changed because of this company, because of the training she has recieved here.
My son's a little rebel and I always thought he was gonna do something great,
But he's changed so much, from little punk kid to this awesome man.
It's incredible how much he's changed.
If you're a parent and your son or daughter has come to you with this and said that
You know, we want to get involved in this before you make any decisions.
Take the time to look into it and get the facts. Watch these testimonials from parents
that were just like you.
When your child comes to you and says I want to do this, give them the opportunity
to find out how to do it, because you can give your child so much more than just
the 'standard education' by going through what I call the finishing school of life with Vemma.
Sometimes my generation will stand in a way of their generation taking a look at this.
And that preconceived image of network marketing comes in and creates a block.
The kids right now are wide open. They are energetic, they want some place to plug into.
And this network marketing opportunity gives them the place to be able to grow themselves
And grow their own economy not phisically, financially as well.
I would say to parents to not allow your preconceived images of network marketing
to stand in a way of your son or daughter's success.
I would tell other parents who were looking at this opportunity
Take it seriously. Your kids are your kids but you still can learn
a few things from them too. And there are some really cool things
that these young people are doing, so take it seriously, do your homework.
Don't bring your baggage of your past experiences and what you've seen
with other network marketing companies, or maybe somebody that you've talked to
or some other business. You know what, come to this with an open mind.
Why not give them their own business and push them and help them.
What I've seen, what they've done with other kids, there are kids
approaching us saying that their families haven't been
as influential to them as we've been in two months. To me that's sad.
But it feels so good to be able to do that and have an impact like that.
The worst thing that's gonna happen is your kid is going to learn how to set goals.
They're going to be able to get up in front of a room and talk in front of ten kids,
which is the biggest fear in the world. To me it's a no loss deal.
There's nothing I can loose by being in this opportunity and if they make
a few bucks or if they make a few hundred thousand bucks or a few million bucks.
That goes with it but the skills you learn in this business and in the YPR,
they're going to use for the rest of their lives no matter what they do.
