After having gotten up early in the morning to go to work in our hangar
we saved our strength to get back on the road towards the country of sunflowers and other plants.
We got on a boat and we drove all day and all night and by accident we came to a train yard.
It wasn't our plan to go here but there was trains here.
The same kind of trains we where looking for. Banana!.
they are bananas whiter than milk, but its forms is the same.
they are bananas whiter than milk, but its forms is the same.
many trains in general, a lot of fun!! And we where going to take advantage of it.
Once again without knowing it we entered into this mythical train site.
There we found the classic banana train with its blue stripes
ready to get the best from our spanish Hardcore cans,
We will do the new model, strike with our fury.
Colors a lot of colors, in the sun you can see how good it comes out,
and painting on this pavement you feel free like if you where
painting a wall in a park in your neighborhood.
This is what transmits in a country with quite free spirit, here filling it up,
making lines and forgetting about the guards on their round, we had to get out fast,
with the typical shouts and screams that youdon't understand nothing of,
We had to go back to finish up later and take better photos, and once again,
we waited for the wagon in traffic without getting a glimpse of our panels in motion!
Rotterdam is not a main destiny for writers
even if they have a bigger metro system than others and makes a triangle with Amsterdam and Brussels.
So we waited for the night to come.
I think that the one we painted was the one that would go into traffic but this time we didn't get day time photos,
and we didn't even go to see if it went in traffic.
Every day that passed by we got more in a hurry to get home,
but we had many stops to visit before we went back.
Just after we got our pictures we got on the roads towards the ORANGE AND SILVER TRAIN MODEL of Brussels.
This is a classic in the Netherlands just like the name of its main train yard: DELTA!! Our main destiny.
We where with no doubt going to need some tools,
the best tools!! And yes, we knew where to get them.
First attempt Failed! Every day can't be a party,
so we went for second round.
We didn't finish then either so we tried it a third time.
At last some moments of peace. But with no photos.
What would have been the typical in and out type of mission became emotional
and we could enjoy all the different timetables, different lighting
and different placings of our metro.
While waiting to get pictures there is nothing better than a typical "train night",
walk along the tracks, watch all the parked trains and not seeing anyone around,
roam around the lines and not seeing any guards.
Only seeing panels by other writers that also made their visit to the same yard.
Wander around to chose your spot to paint.
You can't do this every day. Find the model you are interested in and determine which will be the best photo.
Paint without the limits of time, and even if we know that we have to get back to get the pictures in Delta
we waste as much paint as we can.
At 7:am we are back in our yard again. It is the hour when the trains leave the hangars, fast, fast, in to get the pics
and this was the fastest visit so far.
We are in as fast as we are out again.
I think they was fed up with us.
We got close to the pieces and
then they came running with the walkies in their hands,
once again screaming things we don't understand
so we took our shots and left before the cops came.
Paris is like being home, a big city full of people,
hundreds of different models and places to hit
even if we always go back to the same spots to paint the same classic turquoise and white metro.
Here it is a question of tunnels, the stations, the third rail and the special moments, this is what attracts us no doubt.
A real labyrinth of tunnels, detours, side rails,
hidden hangars and tons of graffiti.
You can go around all over the town andÉ.?????
The city that between its romanticism and its eventful rhythm of living opens my senses
to observe it and it creates a craving to want to be part of destroying it.
This feeling of going down in the metro, these ceramic tiled stations, to see this other world,
the smell of the tunnels, the smell of grease, wood and humidity, the heat that the trains give away.
These models that hasn't changed for over 20 years, it makes you feel at home.
After some failed intents there we where, the train and us.
There to spend some minutes on what we can call our last mission of this tour with Hardcore!!!
While I was painting and heard the noise of the passing trains it made me think about how far we had gone,
the kilometers we had done to come to an end today on our final mission, a reunion with the purest metro action sensation!
After those magic minutes of Paris metro and a surprise by some metro drivers, i think we all felt two things in common
The relaxing feeling of having finished a long trip of more than 20 days from home,
but also a sad feeling of not being able to do this for some time, this thing that has made us get very little sleep,
eating bad and the life of living day by day. Painting!
I got memories of every place we went to, and they are not all the same, not only flashes of my panels and the pics on the cameras,
i also think about the times we where checking for spots and layups,
i also think about the times we where checking for spots and layups,
every time we took a unpredictable risk.
The rest of my memories is a motivation for upcoming actions such as
all those new colors i tried
Flamingo, Max, Iroco, Akari, Sputnik
The colors becomes part of the hard work we put in to these missions,
making lines and you see how the can answers to your way of using it, the color changes it all,
like a new window in your experiences, you will remember the name if that color you used,
and every time you use that same color you also remember those magic moments.
This is what makes you repeat it over and over again.
After having solved the questions of hunger and tiredness the best was yet to come
Who made what and who nailed their pieces well, and what pics did we get from all this.
To got go through the material.
When we looked at the filmed material we could go back to the places in our minds. Go back
We all think of this once we are home again, back on the road or in the plane again,
somewhere as a destiny, the new models, new challenges,
places to discover and panels to finish or sometimes having to have left unfinished.
When one crew comes, another leaves, and hundreds are doing actions right now??????
Graffiti is unstoppable, graffiti never sleeps Graffiti, always in our minds
We have graffiti pounding in our hearts!!!
