Hello viewer.
Last time,
I dug a little tunnel. Looks nice.
Since last time,
I blocked off the door --
the doorway because...
Well, it's night now, and I don't want anything sneaking in.
And...
I dug down a little staircase -- just the beginning.
Hopefully it'll go down to the bedrock. And I dug out a little cave house.
Everything's good.
I didn't find any coal,
but I did turn the wood
into charcoal
with this little furnace here. So.
Even though I only have one torch left,
I had twelve.
And I have no cobblestone left because I put it all in the furnace
to make stone.
With which
I will make my
prized building material,
well, favored building material: Stone bricks.
I greatly prefer stone bricks.
They're...
They're strong, they can...
They can withstand
Creeper explosions --
not completely, but
they're very resistant.
And, when you break them,
unlike stone --
unless you have Silk Touch --
they don't turn into anything else. They're still stone bricks. So
I find them really awesome.
That is the wrong tool.
I hope to
dig down all the way to the bedrock. Hopefully by then,
I'll find
diamonds.
I highly doubt I will, though. Where's my Craft- oh.
I'm stupid. Okay.
I needed something.
Not sure what.
Ah. Coal.
Just going to have to
dig down into the depths and hope I don't
get killed by something that spawns in the darkness behind me.
Hopefully I find it soon.
I don't know if I will.
Let's see.
This is the middle.
One, two... Down.
I'm doing two steps because
well, you'll see.
Okay. Yeah, something like that. One two, one two...
It's already getting dark.
Not good. But, oh well.
Maybe this will give it a little more light.
Anyway, I plan to venture outside. Sometime.
It's still night, but I do have a sword.
I should get a stone sword, but I'd rather my wooden sword break first.
So I don't have an
extra
sword I don't want.
Don't want to waste.
You know what, I'll make little windows.
Little windows so I can see
outside.
This is perfect.
Okay, there's nothing there. I guess.
How about over here?
Oh no, my...
other shovel
is in my
inventory-- oh, wow, that was instant. Okay.
I seem to have dug
under a tree.
Well, there's nothing there.
I hear the spider.
I guess I could just...
Run! Aaagh! Ha.
I've got this.
You scared me, chicken.
Thought you were a Creeper for a second.
Just a second.
I think I'll take this opportunity -- ah, it's so nice.
I can just imagine the nice
coolness of the morning.
Okay.
Can't tell if those footsteps are Creepers or chickens.
That can be a problem.
But I think they're all chickens.
Found it:
Sapling.
Let's go back inside to
safety.
Just in case anything wants to
get me.
Okay, back to digging.
Looks quite dark already.
That's good.
Yeah, that's good.
Ohh, it's getting dark.
I'll continue digging.
Into the depths of the planet.
It's not really a planet.
It's more like a giant flatness.
I wonder how it would be to live in Minecraft.
I don't think would want to.
Chances are I would be a villager.
And villagers are
quite... Yeah, I wouldn't want to be
a villager.
They get attacked by zombies,
and they're stupid...
Yeah.
Not fun.
It's getting so dark I can barely see.
Back to the light.
That looks spooky.
I'm going to need to get myself some...
some...
Charcoal. There we go.
Just gonna wait for the charcoal to go so I can put
the new charcoal
in the
fur-- yeah, it's kind of confusing.
Now.
I'm going to line my house with stone bricks.
Even though, eh...
I might have to remove them when I move. Maybe not.
I might have so many by then
it won't matter.
Oh, yeah.
I did not even think how many stone bricks I had.
That looks good.
It's a nice start on the floor.
Good.
I have enough for torches now.
More torches. Gimme the sticks.
Down we go.
Eh, I'll put it on the floor. Why not?
I should be finding iron or
coal any time now.
Anytime.
Anytime.
I'm waiting. Iron, coal.
Iron, ha!
Yeah, I knew I was going to find some ores this episode.
Never dig straight down.
Number one rule:
Never dig straight down.
Even if it seems safe.
Yeah.
Okay.
Well, that's awesome.
I'm going to leave it at this.
I'll smelt this awesomeness,
and I'll be back. See ya.
