Patients come in to my door with stacks of advertising that they�ve either cut out
of the paper or they�ve received from the mail. It�s a big way to market. And, it�s
a way to get you in the door. But don�t fall for the ads that say looking for 35 people.
They�re just trying to sell those 35 people hearing devices. They�re not looking to
do an investigation or a study. There�s already technology that they want to put in
your ear and they want you to pay for. So, my best advice is look for an audiologist
that has the best of qualifications that will take the best care of you. And, it doesn�t
matter the brand. The brand of device has no significance. It�s the person that�s
going to be fitting you that is going to make that decision for what is best for you.
