The Word for Today is Love.
People today have an incomplete idea of love.
The first thing most people think about when they hear the word love
is romantic love or *** love.
The Greeks had several words for "love".
One [word] for I "love" pie, another [word] for *** love,
another [word] for friendship love, and one [word] for God's love.
"Agape" love is the word for God's love.
It [Agape] means to want the best for someone. God so wanted the best for us that He sent
Jesus to become one of us, and die for our sins;
that we might have life and do His will --and that is what is best for us.
Parents, because they have human love, often give their children the things that
they want.
God will give anyone who will receive Him His love,
and He gives us what we need, not necessarily what we want.
