To tone up my chest, arms, and shoulders, I'm going to take some board
games and stack them up. Then, I'm going to get into a push up position
over the board games, and then I'm going to do a pushup, simple as that.
If it's too hard, I'll make the stack higher with more board games so I can
do the pushup. If it's too easy, I'll take some board games off the stack.
It doesn't have to be board games. You can use other things like books to
stack up.
Eventually, you're going to be able to do a floor pushup from the floor, as
your stack of books or board games gets lower and lower. You should do
three sets of ten reps to see good results in your chest, arms, and
shoulders.
