Hi on behalf of Expert Village my name is Andrea Spano and I'm going to show you a couple
of soups today from my new book Not Just Desserts. Now the melted margarine also help the spices
inhere to the pieces of bread so I'm going to put in a little bit of oregano. Garlic
is always good to have on croƻtons not to much, a little bit of salt. Now I actually
ran out of grated cheese and normally I would put grated cheese on the bread crumbs cause
that really gives it a nice toasty flavor. But sometimes you have to be innovated so
I saw that I had bread crumbs which they are Italian flavor bread crumbs and I know it
has cheese in it. So I'm going to pour just a little bit on just to get the flavor of
that and then I'm just going to toss this all together in a little flat pan or something
that you can put in the oven. I'm going to put a little bit more melted margarine either
this is not melted to much but I'm going to mix this all up.
