Today in this 1-Minute Yoga video we will tell you what you can do with in 1-Minute
While using your smartphone, android phone, iPhone, iPad whatever you are using.
As you can see, now I am sitting in metro.
And I am doing internet on my phone, and the person sitting next to me and
the people who are standing over here/there are also working on the phone
So in this one
Now, if u see, I am sitting cross-legged.

So don’t sit cross-legged.
First sit comfortably (using both the legs) sit on both the thighs & knees.
And while doing your phone,

Now…ok I am wearing a scarf/muffler. So I will simply open it up and…
Generally we do it in this way, as you see me and others also do it in this way.
The only thing you have to do for 1-Minute is, tuck in your chin near to your chest.
This is my chin, I will tuck in my chin near to chest for 1-Minute.
I will keep doing it.
Let’s say, 1-Minute finished.
This 1-Minute…I don’t say that you should do it for 1-Minute(in one go)
If you are able to do it for 30-20-10-5 seconds whatever you do it.
This will help you in making your spine stronger, and your neck also very strong.
So this is spine, as well as neck exercise.
If you are able to do it for 30 seconds, ok after 30 seconds relax.
After relaxing again do it. Keep doing it for 1-Minute and enjoy
whatever you are doing anywhere.
You can do it while standing or sitting.
But the only thing is, your body posture should be straight.
Don’t sit cross-legged.
