Hi, this is Robert Stewart with hill13.com. And we just showed in an earlier segment a
sequence where we only had one opposing member to deal with. Now we're going to show a simple
diagram and relate how you do that if there's more than one opponent. In this case there
are two members of the green team under cover here. Our squad is moving in this direction.
The point man has made first contact and now we have a situation where they can actually
deliver superior fire power to the point man, than more so than what he can deliver to them.
In this case you want to move into a position that will give you two shooting lanes on a
single opponent. Now in this case if I were confronted with this situation, I would have
my third team member immediately start delivering suppression fire. Even though he can't hit
this green player, he needs to put this guy out of what's about to happen here and keep
him down. When that happens the two players, the two red players, on this side can then
concentrate their fire on this one player. By doubling up on him, he can't really go
anywhere. At this point if they can't get him, and he's stuck down in there, then you
might be forced to make the flank and even retreat, if this guy begins to return fire.
But the key here is to isolate this guy, so you can eliminate this guy.
