If I want to take a screenshot of a window on my Windows 7 operating system, for example,
if I want to take a screenshot of this particular window, nothing else, just this window, then,
all I have to do is press Alt key + Print Screen key on my keyboard. I do this by holding
down the Alt key and then press the Print Screen key. I just did that. If I go to start,
all program, find accessories, and find paint, and if I click on paste, you can see I have
successfully captured the window. Just the window nothing else. If I click on this drop
down menu, and save as different picture format. I can save it as PNG picture, JPG picture,
all these kind of formats. I am not kind save it. You can do that if you want. You can also
directly capture this into your Microsoft office such as word. If I want to capture
the whole desktop, including this window. Then I have to press the Print screen key
without holding the Alt key. So I just, I was just pressed Print Screen, If I go to
all program, accessories, paint, paste. You can see here, I got the whole desktop, including
the, including the window. so if you if you press print screen key without holding the
Alt key, you are taking a screenshot of the whole desktop
