- My name is Jonas Skaug from trondheimlufthavn.net.
You are watching Ostersund Photography and this is a secret location!
- Ostersund Photography, and it's day two
on our secret location here in Trondheim.
We're standing on the stairs on the hotel again
where we stood yesterday and shooting landings at the moment.
We got up around 6 AM this morning to check the weather and traffic,
but it was pretty dull weather and not much interesting traffic.
It was mostly the usual, Wideroe, SAS and Norwegian.
So, we decided to sleep in until now at 11.20
when KLM was due to land.
And now we're here and KLM has just landed.
The weather is better now, but still a bit dull.
But it looks like it is going to get better and it's warm and nice.
So we're having a good time!
Our general impression of Trondheim is also good!
The tempo is good, not so stressful.
It's somewhere between Östersund and Stockholm Arlanda
with quite a lot of traffic but not so much you have to stress.
And you only have one runway, so you don't miss anything.
So we are pleased!
Today we are shooting all day again
and will go away to find some alternative places where we can stand.
We got many good tips from Jonas yesterday.
We'll see what we can do!
- It's Sunday at 12.30
and we're standing where our old sleep stone used to be.
The one we mentioned before.
Murphy's law is working against us as usual.
We were standing at the hotel stairs
and now we have walked around the whole shebang
to this bridge right next to the taxiway here.
But halfway here they changed the active runway.
Our thought was to shoot the departing planes when they taxi by here,
but now they're taking off from runway 27 from down there, instead.
That is not that good during the day, but if they continue during the evening
we can stand on the other side.
It's terribly warm, the air is damp...
Yeah, it's hard light, warm and damp and not so fun right now!
But we'll continue, everything for you, you know!
- Now we have moved to below the approach to runway 27.
First we were at the stairs and then moved to the bridge
and after that we actually got rather tired
so we decided to go to our room and rest for a while.
So now we are alive and kicking again, ready to continue!
As I said, the approach to runway 27 is behind me.
We have been driving on lots of small narrow roads,
constructions sites and road makings
so we have driven around almost the whole northern parts of Norway!
More or less.
There is a Wideroe coming in, along with some SAS.
Nothing that is really exciting, but…
We'll try some alternative angles from ahead
wide-angle from below and, well, you know the drill!
- Now we are editing the post for the website from today.
The time is 1:30 AM, at the moment.
We are struggling for your sake.
So, we are just summarizing today's work
and then we'll go to bed since we're going up early tomorrow.
We'll try to get started by 6 AM again
and shoot during the morning for a couple of hours
and then head back to Östersund after lunch.
It's a 3 hours drive back.
So, we'll finish this, go to bed and reload
and give it all again, tomorrow.
As always, we remind you to follow us at
Twitter, Facebook,

Don't miss that!
- Yes, go ahead!
- Yes, now we have m-m-mhg… ***, that was hard to say!
- Do you want cookies? - I can wait a while.
- Eh, I don't think there are any left by then…
