\pard\pardeftab720\li2160\fi-2160\ri720\sl276\slmult1\sa200 \cf0 \ulnone ROD BUGARIN: First and foremost,
international students really need to understand the different process that their applications
are reviewed by, compared to U.S. domestic students. International students are expected
to submit test scores. They need to submit the TOEFL test (the Test of English as a Foreign
Language), if they are not taking courses in English at their high school. And more
importantly, they need to be aware of the different test requirements that all the colleges
have. Another suggestion that I really have is to take a look at all these college online,
where they can find information about finding a school that has a community, as well as
a cultural ethos that might really fit their needs.\
