Ingredients required to make Sindi Dal
Green Gram, Tomato, Coriander, Curry Leaves, Cumin Seeds,
Chopped Onions, Green Chilli, Ginger, Garlic, Fenugreek,
Cream, Rock Salt, Garam Masala, Ghee, Oil & Red Chilli Powder
Let's see how to make Sindi Dal
Take a pan and add a cup of green gram and two cups of water to cook
Add the chopped onions, ginger and garlic
Let it cook for 10 minutes
Take another pan and heat some oil & ghee
Add some cumin seeds and some grated ginger & garlic
Now, add some chopped green chillies, curry leaves and sliced tomatoes
Add a little rock salt
Close the lid
Now, add the cooked green gram into the pan
Add some red chilli powder, garam masala and a little fenugreek
Take it in a bowl and garnish with some cream and coriander leaves
