Hi! I'm Matt Cail and on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make
a cat costume for this Halloween. Cats and their ears are also another important element,
something you want to bring out in your costume. Humans have circular ears, very unlike cats,
which from the time you're little you think of cats and that triangular shape that they
have. You're going to want to get some ears. Again, you have options like with the tail.
First off, you can get kind of a band that has triangular ears at the top. That's a very,
very easy thing to get at a lot of stores, or even some fashion stores occasionally will
get a little funky and sell these type of things. They're very easy to put on. You simply
put them on top of the head just behind the ears, but still clearly visible from the front.
You can see the triangular shape up at the top of the head. You don't want to have them
too far back. People won't be able to see them. At the same time, you don't want them
falling forward in your eyes all night long either. These are really great to use. Other
options, though I've seen people cut out triangular pieces of paper and clip them in. I've seen
them also again, cannibalize older pieces of clothing to kind of basically create a
hat band for the evening.
