The foot placement required for a front side 50/50 going down a flat bar is exactly the
same as when you're traveling across a bar. The only difference is you want to make double
sure that you slide your feet into a locked front side 50/50 position while going down.
So this means you set up and get as much pop as possible from the toe of your back foot,
with your front foot in a very general position, meaning a lot of shoe or a lot of foot on
the board. And then after you ollie up you travel into a locked front side 50/50 position,
and that means weight on your back of your feet, on your heels, and keeping a lot of
shoe on the board. This will keep you locked and make sure that you put all of your weight
on your back two wheels, so you're locked in the grind position, and your weight is
directly above the board. So remember, the exact same foot position as any flat bar,
except now you're going to be traveling down so you want to make sure you lock into position.
And that's the proper foot positioning for front side 50/50.
