Hi! This is David from the Big Easy Catering Company from Santa Barbara, California for
expertvillage.com. Today we are going to deep fried turkey; it Cajun. How many times have
you heard that the turkey was too dry? Well this will come out just beautifully juicy
and moist and takes you a fraction of the time to make. We are going to be injecting
it with seasoning mix. We are going to be rubbing seasoning mix on the outside before
we fry it and I guarantee it will be wonderful. You’ll probably think well, deep frying
would be greasy. Well if the oil temperature is perfect, all you have to do is put it in,
it will seal up the juices right away, it won’t absorb any of the oil at all and you
will be amazed. Enjoy it!
