Okay, we've put some seasonings in, let's see how it tastes. Mmm, acid level's good,
but I think it needs a little bit more salt. I'm just going use a small amount more of
the salt. Just another 1/4 tsp., we'll bring up that level and mix that up good. The flavors
are incredible, and the flavors will continue to grow and develop as the meld in the refrigerator.
Melding is just a fancy word for mixing. The soup needs to chill fully for about an hour
or over night, depending on how much time you have. It's all about the serving of it
that it's chilled fruit soup. As you can see, too, it's in a ceramic bowl. You don't want
to use metal. Ceramic or glass is fine. The metal bowls may have a reaction with tomatoes
and will completely ruin the flavor of your soup. There we go. We've got this ready and
