All you can over-do in Zumba is shake your butt too much to the music or look silly while

Zumba helps you lose weight like any other exercise routine. The difference is that an
hour dancing away with other people may be more pleasant than an hour on the treadmill,
so you're more likely to stick with it.
It is supposed to be a hard workout. I head you could burn a thousand calories an hour.
That depends on the instructor, but it is never that high. Some of them burn 500 calories
an hour, while others are so slow you only burn 200 an hour.
That's still a lot of calories.
You'll burn that many calories scrubbing the shower.
I would hope it doesn't take that long or that much work to clean the shower.
I wonder how many women would resume cleaning their own homes if it was purported to be
a weight loss routine.
