A REALLY NICE LITTLE DORM ROOM OR SOMETHING.

WAS GOING TO BE JUST COST PROHIBITIVE.
AND YOU'RE NOT GONNA KEEP SAN FRANCISCO, RIGHT?

ONCE WE GET THAT SOLD,
THE FIRST THING WE DO IS WE GIVE YOU A CALL.
