My name is Eric and I live in California. I am FrontPoint and this is my story. I live
in a condominium complex. I was looking for something that I would be able to use without
having a landline phone. A lot of the other companies that provide alarm services still
don’t have the technology to use cellular and the ones that do add on another $12 or
$20 just to have that capability. So with FrontPoint I was very attracted to them because
that’s all that they do. They have cellular based alarm systems. That means that if my
power goes out my alarm system still works with the battery back that the FrontPoint
alarm system has. I really like that FrontPoint is using 21st century technology where some
of the other companies are just catching up. It all started when I made a request through
alarm.com to find a company that would work with me in my area and FrontPoint actually
contacted me by email and we started chatting back and forth several times. I was able to
really feel comfortable using them. An alarm system is an investment. Not only do you pay
a small price for the startup of getting the equipment, but you’re also paying monitoring
fees and I wanted to insure that the company that I pay is actually someone that I trust
and will answer my questions anytime I want and FrontPoint has been there since day one.
