The best way to time meals and supplements really is to eat more frequently than you
probably are now. If you're eating twice a day, not a lot of people will eat twice a
day, they'll have their--miss their breakfast, they'll have lunch and dinner. You probably
want to start with something for breakfast, lunch and dinner. If you're already doing
the three basics, then I recommend usually eat breakfast, lunch, something between lunch
and dinner, and dinner. I don't like to use the word "snack" because that leads people
to think of snack foods and there's really no such thing. So, I highly recommend a meal
between lunch and dinner because usually lunch is around noon and dinner is around seven.
So something around three or four o'clock is actually gonna be critical to maintain
proper energy. If you're taking your supplements, I like it to be taken once in the morning,
once at night, because you need nutrients all day and all night. So if you're gonna
take a product that is only one time a day, I don't believe it is nearly as effective
as a two-a-day product. That's why the E3 brand most of the products are two a day,
I think it's just more effective that way in terms of timing.
