Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I'm going to show you today how to make Manicotti. Hey we're back. Going to show you how easy
the utensils are. First and foremost, we're going to get a deep dish pan. A nine inch
by like six inch is fine. These cost a buck. If you have one that you want to cook it in,
that's fine. These are easy cause for a buck, you just throw them away right after. They're
done. Going to need a cutting board to chop up our basil and parsley. So a nice cutting
knife and a simple cutting board is easy. You're only chopping up a little bit. You're
going to need a bowl and a spatula to mix our filling and we're going to need a grater
for our cheese, we're grating our cheese. And then we're going to have, which I always
forget, Mr. Colander for draining out our pasta. So we're going to need a big dutch
oven pot. Which is in the back for our water. We'll need about five to six quarts of water
for our manicotti. And of course I have my big, big dutch oven pot that I made all my
spaghetti sauce in. So that's basically it for utensils. It's simple, very, you know
simple ingredients, simple stuff, but what's great about this, it tastes amazing. Come
back. We're making manicotti here on Expert Village.
