Highlight text to annotate it

How to create a hyperlink using the Visual Editor tool in Blackboard Learn 9.1. Basically what you want to do first is highlight the text that you want
to turn into a hyperlink. That can be text itself, or that can be a URL, an address to a website. In this case I am going to use a URL. And I am
going to go ahead and copy that because on the next step I am going to need to paste that. So I highlight the text that I want to create as my link.
The next step is to click on the Hyperlink button in the Visual Editor tool. It's this globe icon on the toolbar. And then I get this Insert Link dialogue.
Here's what I can delete what's already in the URL field and paste what I have. Because that's the URL that I want the link to go to. And then I
can type out the title of the page that it's going to open. I can also decide whether to have that link open in a new window or not. Then I hit submit.
And now I've created a live link that users can click on to get to the website that I'm linking to. And then if you need to go back and edit this URL,
click your cursor anywhere at that location, hit the Hyperlink button again, and you'll be given the same dialogue box, the Insert Link dialogue, that
will let you edit any of these properties for the hyperlink. Make your edits, hit submit, and then you've updated the link.
