Hello. Today I am going to show you how to do the Insanity Fit Test
which needs to be done every fifteen days if you are following the schedule exactly.
. You do each exercise as many times as you can in one minute and then record your results
and you can look back from week to week to see how your progress is.
So, it starts off with ,
switch kicks
which, you just kick .
your leg out and then
change, change,
change, as many times as you can in a minute.
And next are power jacks.
They're kind of like a jumping jack. You start with your hands up and go down, up, down, up.
The next are
power knees.
They show it with one knee and use the same for with each video,
I like to write down which knee I used the last time and
switch it up.
But basically you just go to one side and hold your arms up,
and see how many reps you can
get
in a minute. The next exercise is power jumps.
You bend down
and jump up
and hit
your knees.
Do it as many times as you can in a minute.
And next are globe jumps.
So start with
your hands up.
Go down to the ground and then jump!
The next ones are suicide jacks.
These are kind of hard.
You start down on the ground like this.
Kick back to plank
position,
back in, and
then jump up! Then you just repeat it.
The next
one
is pushup jacks-which
can wear you out
as well.
Get in the plank position, and when you
go to do your pushup,
you jump out and go down.
And then back together. Out, and then back together.
And, the last exercise is the
low plank
oblique, and you get back down in the
plank position,
low plank, and you
bring your
knees to your elbows.
Over and over, until your minute expires.

out, I only did a couple of reps, but you get a break in between each time, so anyway,
