My name is Emma
I was born in Finland, but now I live in Gothenburg, Sweden.
What made me take action was when I realised the madness
in that what we see as a threat against the world,
the oil companies see it as a chance to earn more money.
My name is Andreas Bergström. I come from Uppsala, Sweden.
If I wasn't here today, I would actually have been in the Arctic
working as a guide or with science.
My name is Sini and I've come to Sweden from Finland.
I think we should start thinking how to protect an area as special as Arctic is.
It is really vulnerable and at the same time powerful,
because there are species that can survive
in truly cold and harsh conditions.
My name is Eli
When the Finnish climbing team boarded the Nordica
I felt that they are speaking for many many other people.
That can't be there, but they are supporting.
When I saw that the activists in Finland succeeded
in boarding the icebreaker, I thought OK,
that is my home country, and I was really proud.
We have the possibility of stoping the oil drillings
in the Arctic already before they start.
My name is Rasmus and I live in Stockholm.
The biggest threat against the Arctic as I see it with Shell
drilling for oil is an uncontrolled oil spill like the one
that happened in the Mexican Gulf two years ago.
Imagine if the same thing would happen in the Arctic.
My name is Mark, I come from Denmark
I am here to stop - or at least delay - the Finnish icebreaker Nordica,
which is on its way to the Arctic as a part of Shell's fleet.
The first time I heard about the Arctic was probably when I was four or five.
My favorite animal in the Arctic is the polar fox.
My favorite Arctic animal is the walrus,
because it is a very curious animal.
I would say the polar bear
The most important arctic animal for me could be wolverine.
My name is Florian, I live in Zurich.
I find it extremely wrong that companies now want to drill for oil in Arctic waters
that these people will just earn money while the climate suffers
What annoys me the most is that we now have the knowledge of
of what the climate change is doing to our planet
and still we are trying to drain the last oil from the Arctic.
