Sports conditioning courses can be some
of the most exciting courses we offer.
Whilst the general training courses tend to be the same,
the opportunity to tailor these techniques to help students
develop endurance, speed, power and agility will help them
create fitness programmes that can be used for sport-specific
training. These courses also mash up cross training approaches
to help train athletes in a way that will also prevent injury and
allow for better overall training. The course will also introduce
any potential trainers to useful tools to analyse progression
and help identify the areas of fitness which need specific
attention for an individual athlete.
