Erik: When things go wrong how do you hold yourself accountable without burdening yourself
with blame?
Shaheen: Honestly, it’s as simple as I just don’t do it, I mean like what’s – I
don’t see the point of burdening yourself with blame, I think it’s important to accept
when you’re wrong and admit it and I’ll be the first person to put my hand up and
be like ‘Yo, you know I messed up, this one is all me and this is my fault and I’m
wrong’ and I don’t have any problem saying that, I doesn’t bother me, we all make mistakes
and you would expect nothing less from people. But again I’m much more focused on what
does it mean going forward, what does it mean for the future and what am I going to do to
try to not make that same mistake or not make that bad decision or whatever? I mean that’s
what I’m interested in. Given the mistake and given the bad situation what can we do
that this doesn’t happen again or that things work out better the next time?
