Lachha Paratha has reserved space in menu in Indian restaurants and family events.
So, let us see today an easy recipe of Lachha Paratha.
We need whole wheat flour, salt, and Ghee to Make Lachha Paratha.

First of all, knead whole wheat flour by adding salt and make a proper dough from it.
Sprinkle few drops of water over it and leave it to set for 10 minutes.
Make medium sized balls from this dough when it attains some elasticity.
Dust it with dry flour and roll it with rolling pin in 5 inch sized Roti.
Now grease it with 1 tea spoon Ghee.
Now fold it in alternate layers like this and again make a ball from it.
Once again dust it with dry flour and roll it in 5 inch sized Roti.
Bake it from both the sides on hot Tawa by applying Ghee.
See, fantastic crispy Lachha Paratha is ready to serve hot with vegetable, pickle and raita.
