This is trick number 13 of the Looping Trick Ladder. It is called Inside-Outside Loops,
and it looks like this.
One, two, three, four, and so on, up until at least ten repetitions.
A few things to note, is, you want to start with an Inside Loop and then go alternating
into Inside-Outside Loops. Another thing to note, is you do not want to start your count
too early, so you do not want to count your Forward Pass as One Inside and Outside Loop,
and also you want to make sure that you do not count too fast. So you do not want to
count one, two, three, four, five, six. You want to slow down your count to one, two,
three, and so on.
Just make sure you do at least 10 repetitions, and that is Inside-Outside Loops.
