When you have prepared a long time for a case where you really believe in the propriety
of your client's situation, and you are unsuccessful, that's always extremely difficult. And I can't
pick just one out. That happens to every trial lawyer more than once. But every time it's
difficult. Lawyers, as a group, are not as bad as people portray them. But some lawyers
can be more difficult than others. And sometimes in dealing with another lawyer, it can be
frustrating when they don't want to get your point or don't see your point, or won't accept
your point. And that can be very frustrating.
