I would say 'leverage' is the word you need to focus on. And, what I mean by that is,
, um, if you want to double, triple your income, you can't do that by doing twenty to
thirty
dollar activities like loading photographs onto your website,
taking photographs of a listing, um
maybe putting lock boxes on or what have you.
Uh, social media is an example. That's an
easy one to have a virtual assistant take care of and
you know, uh, initially, you still have to do the lock box thing and stuff like that,
but you want to focus on the three-hundred to five-hundred dollar activities, which
are
writing up listing contracts, presenting offers,
doing that sort of thing, spending time with people—really connecting with your
sphere of influence and your past clients.
This is, this is your bread basket. This is where you need to be
and these are the people who you need to get in front of. So, you can do,
you can leverage yourself very inexpensively.
People avoid leveraging because they think, 'well, I can't afford it.'
Well, you can hire a virtual assistant for fifteen dollars an hour
and it will be the best money you've ever spent.
