And for no other reason' So if the cornerstone of our life, the foundation of our life is the way we see ourselves is our
Self-image we going to wanna to take some time making sure that it's a great image that we have
Do you know we can choose to believe anything we want about ourselves?
So what story are you telling yourself?
Whether you realize it or not
We are choosing our self-image. You know and I'm sure as I did
Many of you would probably think I'm I wouldn't choose that I wouldn't choose that to myself and I was the same. I had some
serious self-image problems like serious and
Very bad beliefs about myself, but I didn't realize that I could choose to believe anything so if we get the choice
What do you want to believe is true for you?
How do you want to see yourself? I do this often?
Take a sheet of paper and write all the things that you would love to be doing and all the characteristics that you would love
to have, you know confidence and you want to be brave and strong, things like that. Write it out in great detail.
You know everything that you write down is already you. If
you want that then you just need to affirm that and you can build a new self-image.
Repeating affirmations like I am successful. I am beautiful. I am a great friend
I am lovely, through repetition over time
You can really build a new image and start to believe these new thoughts about yourself
And you won't believe it at first and that's okay. I didn't believe it. I was so shy and introverted
I'd go out
And I would hide behind people I didn't want to talk to anyone I didn't want anyone to talk to me
I thought I had nothing to say
But I started small changing my habits changing my thinking and I didn't believe it when I saying I am
successful, or I am beautiful far from it the polar opposite, but I kept with it
And I kept saying it and in a few short months, yes months
I really started to believe it. So try it pick one or two, three
affirmations or something that you really want to believe for yourself and just keep repeating it over and over and over and over, I always
go on about repetition
