Another good ball handling drill is figure 8. What you're going to do is as always, is
to get low, knees bent, and you're going to go back and forth in between your legs, there
by making a figure 8. You're going to start bringing the ball in, bringing it out like
so. Make sure you're not slapping the ball against your leg and your hand is there to
meet the ball. You can start speeding it up. As always, keep your eyes forward. You don't
just want go one way, so you're going to reverse it. My hand is always there. My other hand
is always there to meet the ball. Then you can go into dribbling figure 8s. Keeping the
ball low. Don't come above your knee. As always, keep your eyes forward. You're going to reverse
