Alright, so curb appeal. Curb Appeal is a really big deal. So if you don't know a curb
appeal is, it's basically when you're on the street looking at your house, what do you
see? How does it look?. Does it look good? Yes, no?
So, there's really simple things that you can do to make it look good. You can have
a fresh cut yard, have a clean break between the garden bed and the grass by putting some
really inexpensive plastic edging or a rock wall. One of the big things you really need
to pay attention to is your front steps. So the reason why is because when I list your
house, when it's for sale, I'm gonna have the key box hanging on the front door ***
so it's gonna be on the door. So imagine I'm a buyer's agent, I'm walking up to your house,
I'm gonna be standing at the front door and I'm gonna unlock the key box usually takes
me about 30 seconds to do this. During those 30 seconds, the buyer is gonna be standing
at your front door looking around, looking up at your light, see some
cobwebs, seen a burnt-out bulb or something, looking down to the left and to the right
trying to figure out, alright!, well this is kinda gross, this is disgusting the yard
the plantings and all that stuff looks bad. You really need to clean this area up and
make it look sparkling because this is the first impression your house makes.
