Hey guys, Sorry for making you dizzy. Welcome back t Arts From Life. Today, I’ll show
you how to make this striped texture in Photoshop. So let’s start. First, create a document
which is 1080 by 1080 pixels with a resolution of 144 pixels per inch. When you’re done,
click ok. Now go to view, make sure that Rules is check, if not just click on it. Go to new
guide layout. Check columns and rows, ad make the number 10 by 10. Now, pick up your pen
tool. Then, change the mode to shape. Make the fill, whatever color you like. I’m choosing
this blue. Now, start from the first point where the horizontal and vertical lines meet.
Go diagonally down one square, then go vertically down one square. Then go up. Make sure you
see this circle next to your pen. I’ll show it again. Go down, and up. That circle, you
must see it, so you can close your shape. Now continue making lines following the same
steps. In the end, you must end up with a triangle shape. Now, press control or command
H to hide your guide lines. Now we finished drawing. Go to edit, and Define Pattern. Name
it whatever you like, I’ll name it diagonal stripes blue. Now I’ll create a new document,
Control or Command N and I am choosing a 3200 by 1800 pixels. Click ok. Now, I’ll create
a new layer, and I will fill it with my foreground color which is Alt or Options + Delete. Go
to FX, Pattern Overlay. Open your pattern picker, and choose the last one which is the
one we just made. Change the scale to increase or decrease the number of stripes. And that’s
it. Thank you so much for watching guys, hope you enjoyed this video. Don’t forget to
