Hi everybody!
Today I'm going to show you an excellent exercise for the front shoulder,
this part, here.
For this exercise, you'll just need two dumbbells.
So, we'll be doing this standing up,
the legs are lightly bent,
and the feet are placed shoulder distance apart.
This is the starting position.
You'll lift till here,
and down.
Very important,
your arm is not completely straight,
and your wrists are straight.
Avoid moving your shoulder back and forth,
and also avoid moving your hips.
Try not to do this.
If you're unable to remain stable while lifting,
you're probably lifting too much weight.
Let's sum up.

The arms are not completely straight,
and the wrists are straight.
Try not to move the shoulders back and forth,
and try to keep your hips immobile.
The most important thing in this exercise like in every exercise
is the good form.
The main goal is not to lift weight but to train the muscles right.
