hello Today we will get rid of a part of a photo.
first we need to select a the part we would like to remove
than from the menu bar "Select" than "Modify" than "Expand"
Add really small number, not a lot, depend on the resolution of the photo
Than click "Control + Delete" This dialog will appear .
Choose Content-Aware Normal %100 Than Ok. look a big part of the photo gone. Now there
are some part off. We will have to deal with it manual.
Using Stamp tool. just copy and paste from the right spot.

White with white, and the part of the window too.
you will do much better work, because of the time

Now just tiny edit to make it looks normal.
don't get dark color maxed with light color. It won't work
